1.1Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and place bets on omg bet. Creating an account for anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. omg bet may request proof of identity at any time to verify your age.

1.2One person, one account

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited.

1.3Providing Accurate Information

You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information may be temporarily or permanently suspended during the verification process.

• Name: Please use your name exactly as it appears on your National ID.
• Mobile number: an active Bangladeshi number.
• Date of birth: must be accurate and verifiable.

2.1Login Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. omg bet will never ask for your password by email or phone. If anyone requests your password, treat it as a fraud attempt.

2.2Account Verification (KYC)

Omg bet may request any of the following documents for identity verification at any time:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Mobile banking account proof (bKash/Nagad statement)

Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is completed.

2.3Account Inactivity

An account may be declared inactive after 12 consecutive months of no activity. Inactive accounts may be charged a maintenance fee of up to ৳50 per month, though the balance will never fall below zero.

3.1Bet Acceptance

A bet on omg bet is confirmed only once the system has successfully processed it and a confirmation message appears on the bet slip. Incomplete bets due to connection issues will not be accepted.

3.2Odds Change

In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds at which it will be recorded. You can choose between two options: "Accept Any Odds" or "Accept Higher Odds".

3.3Betting Limits

Omg bet sets the following betting limits:

• Minimum single bet: ৳20
• Maximum single bet: Based on Account Level
• Maximum daily payout: Based on VIP tier

3.4Match cancelled or result undecided

If an event is cancelled, left incomplete, or its result cannot be determined, omg bet will follow the policy outlined below:

• Full void: the full stake is refunded.
• Partially completed (e.g., cricket under DLS rules): Results are determined in accordance with international regulations.
• Cancelled event in an accumulator: The bet is settled based on the remaining selections, excluding the cancelled one.

3.5Technical Error

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, omg bet reserves the right to void the affected bets. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.

4.1Deposit Methods

The following deposit methods are available at omg bet:

• BKash – minimum ৳200, instant processing
• Nagad – minimum ৳200, instant processing
• Rocket – minimum ৳200, instant processing
• Bank Transfer – minimum ৳500, 1–3 hours

No additional fees on deposits.

4.2Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit (e.g., if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will go back to bKash).
• The wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3Currency

All transactions on omg bet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Foreign currency transactions are not supported at this time.

5.1Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit. Bonus terms and conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days.
• Only bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher will count towards wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.

5.2Bonus Abuse

The following actions will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Arbitrage betting to fulfil bonus requirements.
• Claiming bonuses through another family member.

5.3Promotion Changes

Omg bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members will be given appropriate notice before any changes take effect.

6.1Our Commitment

• If bonus abuse is established.
• Fraud, hacking, or any other dishonest activity.
• Suspicious money laundering activity.
• If the member is proven to be under 18 years of age.

9.1Complaints Process

10.2Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between omg bet and its members.
